We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Business Support professional to join our team at JS Holdings Group. This role will support the smooth operation of our HQ and group properties by overseeing administrative tasks, lease & bill management, licenses, certificates, maintenance coordination, and external communication. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, capable of multitasking, and comfortable managing wide-ranging responsibilities with independence.
Responsibilities
Administrative & Operational Support
Provide comprehensive administrative support to management.
Lease Management
Oversee and manage lease agreements.
Ensure timely renewals, compliance, and communication with landlords/property managers.
Support lease negotiations when required.
Bill Management
Manage business-related bills and ensure timely payments.
Handle utility bills including Business Rates, Gas, Electricity, Internet, Telephone.
Maintain accurate records, monitor costs, and identify savings opportunities.
Ensure compliance with financial procedures.
License & Certificate Management
Obtain, renew, and maintain business licenses and certificates.
Keep accurate records and ensure timely renewal to prevent operational disruption.
Coordinate with authorities for inspections and compliance matters.
Maintenance Management
Coordinate facility and equipment maintenance to ensure optimal working conditions.
Establish maintenance schedules and preventive control plans.
Manage contractors/service providers and address issues promptly.
External Communication
Serve as key contact for Landlords/Agents, Councils, Finance departments, Estate Agents, Event Coordinators, Franchise HQ Purchases, and external partners.
New Business Support
Support new business initiatives including Life4Cuts.
Assist with planning, coordination, and execution of new project tasks.
JS Holdings Group HQ Office Management
Manage day-to-day HQ office operations.
Coordinate maintenance, meeting logistics, visitor reception, and team support.
Group Property Management
Oversee management/maintenance of group-owned properties.
Manage storage facilities and group houses for efficiency and upkeep.
Assist with scheduling, preparing reports, coordinating meetings, and general admin tasks.
Ensure smooth communication and workflow across teams.
Qualifications
Required
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination ability.
Proficiency in administrative tasks and document management.
Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision.
Competent with MS Office/Google Workspace tools.
Preferred
Experience in property/office administration or operations management.
Familiarity with lease, bill, and maintenance management.
Prior experience in business support or similar role.
Korean/English bilingual ability (advantage for HQ communication).
