Are you a dynamic, detail-driven leader with a passion for operational excellence and customer satisfaction? We're looking for an experienced Business Support Manager to oversee the smooth running of our facilities, drive membership growth, and lead our front-of-house and office team.
Key Responsibilities
Administration & Finance
Manage direct debit memberships, bookings, parking, and sales processes.
Maintain the Legend Membership database and ensure accurate financial reconciliation.
Oversee payroll, invoicing, and debt recovery in line with company policy.
Conduct internal audits and produce reports on membership and sales performance.
Human Resources
Lead recruitment, disciplinary procedures, and staff development.
Ensure HR compliance and maintain accurate records of staff leave and performance.
Schedule and conduct 1:1 meetings to support team engagement and growth.
Customer Service
Promote excellent public relations and manage customer queries and complaints with discretion.
Ensure high standards of front-of-house service and customer satisfaction.
Operations
Maintain welcoming, secure, and functional customer service areas.
Implement effective security and evacuation procedures.
Motivate staff to achieve performance targets and uphold service standards.
Compliance & Safety
Ensure adherence to Health & Safety regulations and safeguarding protocols.
Operate within established emergency and operational procedures.
Requirements
Proven experience in an office or administrative role with supervisory experience preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on professional interaction.
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Demonstrated clerical experience with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
