Norse TFM have an excellent opportunity for a Business Support Manager to join the team on a full time, permanent basis at our Head Office in Norwich - Unity Place.
The role
Join our dynamic Business Support Team as a Business Support Manager and play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly. You will be part of a supportive and collaborative team that values problem-solving, innovation, and continuous improvement. Working closely with colleagues across TFM, you will provide expert support and guidance to help them deliver outstanding service on their contracts. Build strong working relationships across the business
Be the go-to person for information system excellence and troubleshooting
Provide training support and coordinate future system development, as well as providing business intelligence and data insights and trends
Lead best practice sharing and continuous improvement projects across FM
Assist and support each contract area to identify areas of improvement and implement solutions as required
Our successful candidate
A Strong communicator - able to influence, negotiate, and bring a positive, can-do approach
Adept with software and systems - confident using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and systems such as CAFM, job management and invoicing tools
Organised and efficient - skilled at managing time, priorities and deadlines independently
A good relationship builder - able to work with a wide range of internal teams and external partners
A creative problem solver - innovative and resourceful when tackling challenges
Detail-oriented - ensuring accuracy in all aspects of work
Flexible and mobile - full UK driving licence required, with travel to other sites
