Business Support Officer - Data analysis/reporting and Social Media Content maintenance

For over 25 years React Industrial Solutions have been supplying the industrial market sector with quality maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) products including bearings, mechanical power transmission, pneumatics, hydraulics, tools, health and safety equipment, lubricants, engineering, fabrication and mechanical support services.
We have multiple branches across the UK with our head office based in Bicester. We are looking for someone with positive attitude and is prepared to rise to challenges to join our very busy and motivated team.
Our business is in need of a Business Support who creates and runs reports in accordance to our customers' requirements using our Phocas reporting tool, as well as maintaining the contents on our website and social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating reports according to Customers' requirement by using reporting tool Phocas
- Updating and maintaining our website and Social Media content
- Working closely with the Directors regarding the reporting requirements from the customers
- Working closely with the Directors and the 3rd party website providers on updating the contents of our website and social media platforms.
Skills and Abilities:
- Proven history of reporting and data analysis
- Qualifications in marketing and reporting preferred but not essential
- Comfortable working in agile environments and managing stakeholder expectations from discovery to delivery
- Experience in providing an online presence for business
- Excellent level of computer literacy
- Excellent skills in IT including Word, Outlook and Excel
- Able to prioritise workloads and be proactive
- Ability to format documents and reports, so they are presented clearly, accurately and using the corporate standards.
- Ability to take accurate minutes at meetings, where complex issues are being discussed and a range of professionals attending.
- Able work quickly and under pressure.
- Able to demonstrate a high level of confidentiality
- Ability to save/file paper and electronic documents and information in a logical way.
- Ability to proofread own and others work and amend typing, spelling and grammatical errors as necessary.
