Business Support Officer
to work closely with the
Business Sales Executive
and the
Owner
. This role is central to driving the growth of NH44 by managing
day-to-day sales coordination, catering and events, marketing campaigns, data analysis, and social media content creation
.
The ideal candidate will have advanced computer skills, strong knowledge of AI tools, and the ability to
analyze customer habits to help design bespoke menus
, ultimately contributing to increased footfall, brand visibility, and overall business success.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development Support
Support the Business Sales Executive with daily sales activities, lead generation, and client follow-ups.
Prepare proposals and presentations for group bookings, catering, and corporate events.
Maintain CRM systems to track client interactions, sales performance, and conversions.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to increase revenue.
2. Event & Catering Coordination
Liaise with clients for catering orders, private dining, and special event requirements.
Coordinate logistics with the kitchen and service teams for seamless event execution.
Support planning, setup, and promotion for
food expos, trade shows, and local events
to showcase NH44's offerings.
3. Marketing & Social Media Content Creation
Create engaging posts and campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms to boost awareness and footfall.
Use AI-powered design and scheduling tools (e.g., Canva, ChatGPT) to create flyers, videos, and advertisements.
Monitor campaign performance, track analytics, and suggest improvements for better reach and engagement.
4. Data Analysis & Customer Insights
Analyze customer purchase patterns, top-selling items, and seasonal trends using AI and data analytics.
Provide actionable insights to the Business Sales Executive and Owner for sales strategy development.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to design
data-driven, customer-preferred menus and offers

5. Administrative & Operational Support
Handle documentation including invoices, supplier orders, contracts, and expense tracking.
Maintain client databases, event schedules, and marketing contact lists.
Support the owner with scheduling, reporting, and day-to-day operational tasks.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and feedback to build strong client relationships.
Skills & Qualifications:
Previous experience in business support, hospitality sales, or administrative roles (restaurant/catering preferred).
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, social media management, and AI tools.
Knowledge of data analysis, customer insights, and digital marketing trends.
Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Creative thinking for marketing and promotional campaigns.

Salary: 25,000 - 42,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + performance bonuses.
