The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a solid background in administrative tasks. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing support to various departments, and maintaining effective communication within the team.
Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support, including data entry and clerical duties
Manage phone communications with professionalism and courtesy
Assist in maintaining organised filing systems, both physical and digital
Utilise Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations
Perform bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks as required
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for team members
Conduct research and compile reports as needed
Ensure that office supplies are adequately stocked and ordered in a timely manner
Requirements
Previous office experience is essential
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Administrative experience with a focus on organisational tasks
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Ability to type accurately at a reasonable speed
Experience with QuickBooks is advantageous but not mandatory
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
Previous clerical experience is preferred
