Ballycastle Golf Club, a leading and progressive golf club, is seeking to appoint a competent administrator with financial experience to join our small team.
Key Duties
Key duties include the administration of a computerised financial system, dealing with the financial operations and providing cover for other administration work within the club. This includes maintaining up to date and accurate financial records including income, expenditure and other transactions using a computerised accounts system, processing purchase invoices, preparing bank and other reconciliations, producing financial reports including a trial balance and providing necessary cover for the other administrative work within the club.
The essential criteria for the post are
:
Five passes at GCSE; GCSE's (or equivalent) in English and Maths at Grade C or above,
Two years' experience in a finance or a bookkeeping role,
Experience using computerised accounting systems,
Sound knowledge of basic accounting systems,
Familiarisation with confidentiality and data protection requirements.
Working Hours/Salary:
This is a three-day post with a salary of 15908 per year.
