Are you highly organised, proactive, and ready to make a real impact behind the scenes?
Futureworks is looking for a dynamic Business Support Officer to join our team and provide essential administrative and financial support across a range of exciting and meaningful projects.
This is a fast-paced and rewarding role where no two days are the same. What you'll be doing:
Supporting the Project Management Team with the development and implementation of robust processes that ensure our contracts deliver quality outcomes and value for money.
Working closely with service users, commissioners and stakeholders to provide accurate, timely data, updates, and financial reporting - including representation at partner delivery centres (eg Careers Wales / Jobcentre Plus).
Assisting with the creation and delivery of quality assurance systems, monitoring frameworks, and review processes to track and enhance project performance.
What you'll bring:
Experience in a busy project support role, including managing financial and participant portfolio records, processing claims, handling procurement tasks, updating spreadsheets and databases including online MIS systems, and producing clear and concise reports.
Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams and external delivery partners.
Confidence in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and ideally some familiarity with financial systems.
A positive, proactive approach - able to take initiative, manage competing priorities, and contribute to a supportive and high-performing team.
Why join us?
