Eclipse Energy is dedicated to installing energy-efficient measures across domestic properties in the UK. Our mission is to make homes more energy-efficient, and your role as a Business Support Team Leader to join our growing team and play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across our support function.

About the Role:



As the Business Support Team Leader, you will oversee the administrative team, providing essential support across all areas of the business. You will be a hands-on leader, managing workloads, checking key documentation, and making sure our service standards are met. This role is ideal for someone organised, people-focused, and confident in working with internal teams and external clients.

Key Responsibilities:



Invoice Review:

Check invoices for correct pricing and evidence and authorise in line with internal processes.

Diary Management:

Oversee installer diaries to ensure efficient job scheduling.

Team Support:

Supervise the Business Support Team, ensuring SLAs are met and processes followed.

CRM Updates:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.

Inbox Monitoring:

Ensure shared inboxes are managed and responded to promptly.

Client Communication:

Provide regular updates to clients regarding project status.

Compliance:

Maintain an understanding of PAS compliance guidance and ensure admin processes align.

File Storage:

Ensure all documents and files are correctly stored and follow internal protocols.

Reporting:

Provide job progress updates and admin reports to management.

Issue Resolution:

Act as the first point of contact for customer complaints and resolve where possible.

Team Development:

Support with onboarding, return-to-work meetings, appraisals, and one-to-ones.

SLA Management:

Monitor performance and ensure all service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently achieved across the team.

Leadership Support:

Act as a key support to the Head of Operations, providing updates, insights, and assistance with the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

What We're Looking For:



Experience in a similar administration or team leader role. Strong organisational and time management skills. Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. A proactive attitude with a strong focus on quality and service. Ability to use initiative and make sound decisions independently when needed.

Pay: 27,000.00-32,000.00 per year
