Business Systems Analyst

We are working with a leading client in Enniskillen to recruit a detail-oriented Business Systems Analyst who excels at analysing processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing technology-driven solutions that align with strategic business goals.

This is a permanent role.

The Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for:

Analysing and evaluating current business processes to uncover inefficiencies and improvement areas

Gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements from stakeholders

Designing and implementing solutions that meet business objectives and enhance operations

Serving as a technical lead on business improvement initiatives

Supporting project management through task prioritisation and resource coordination

Managing system implementations, conducting testing, and ensuring alignment with business needs

Acting as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, simplifying complex concepts

Training end-users on new systems and providing ongoing support

What you will need to have for the Business Analyst role:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or Information Technology, or related field

Minimum 2 years' experience in business systems, analysis, or a related role

CBAP or other business analysis certifications would be desirable

Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for process and data evaluation

Proficient in tools like Excel, SQL, and Power BI for data analysis

Solid understanding of software development and IT infrastructure

Experience with large-scale ERP systems

Strong problem-solving abilities and experience troubleshooting system issues

Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills
