Job description
Our client, a leading name in the technology sector, is currently seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join their team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolving technical support queries predominantly around MS Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • Working from an ITSM tool, using ITIL processes
  • Collaborating with service desk colleagues and working within a small group of business systems specialists
  • Occasionally supporting incidents/P1s sometimes at unsociable hours
  • Escalating issues to systems integrators and other third-party support partners when necessary
  • Identifying and implementing improvements using knowledge of D365 BC
  • Supporting BC enhancement and change projects, delivering training, guiding and documenting testing pre and post-release
  • Identifying opportunities for enhancing Business Central and proposing changes with management support
  • Supporting pre and post-implementation testing activities on enhancements and releases
  • Providing guidance and training to Radley's teams through standard operating procedures for all routine BC tasks
Job Requirements:
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and excellent attention to detail
  • Highly motivated self-starter, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective communication skills at all levels, able to present complex data to various audiences
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work autonomously and in team settings
  • Ability to present information effectively and respond to questions from managers, users, and peers
  • Adaptability to change and challenges with a flexible approach to work
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills, including good training abilities
Preferred Experience:
  • Experience in a Retail Head Office environment is essential
  • Hands-on experience of at least 3 years with D365 BC support, preferably in a retail setting
  • Knowledge of Finance, Buying and Merchandising, Logistics, and Warehousing is advantageous
  • Strong understanding of ERP analytics solutions
  • Knowledge of JSON/XML, AIS, LogicApps, PowerBI, T-SQL is beneficial
