The Role
We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Developer to join our Business System team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing the software and systems that power our core business operations. You will be instrumental in automating critical processes, ensuring the seamless flow of data across departments, and supporting the backbone of our commercial activities.
This is an exciting opportunity for a software developer who enjoys solving complex business problems and working in a highly collaborative environment. You will work closely with key stakeholders in Finance, Sales, Professional Services, and our other software development teams to deliver robust and scalable solutions that drive efficiency and business growth.
ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain custom applications and integrations for our core business systems, including billing, CRM, and data management platforms. Write clean, scalable, testable and well-documented code using C# Develop and manage complex SQL databases, writing efficient queries, stored procedures, and ensuring data integrity. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver effective software solutions. Manage source code and version control using Git, following best practices for branching, merging, and pull requests. Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and issues in existing internal systems, providing timely support to business users. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and system architecture. Integrate various internal and third-party systems to ensure seamless data flow and process automation across the organisation.


The Person
EssentialStrong working knowledge of C# and the .Net platform Experience with MS SQL Server, writing queries and understanding relational databases Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical

stakeholdersStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a can-do attitude Enthusiastic and self-motivated, with a desire to automate manual tasks

DesirableExperience with Microsoft's Power Platform such as

o Dynamics 365
o Power Apps
o Power PagesExperience with HubSpot Experience with DocuSign CLM Or experience customising and extending other low-code systems Experience using a BI tool such as Tableau or Power BI Experience with web development
