About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Business Systems Manager to architect, optimise, and manage the systems that power our commercial operations. This pivotal role will ensure seamless integration and automation across key functions-Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Support, Commercial Operations, and Finance-to drive operational efficiency and elevate the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable system architecture that supports end-to-end commercial processes and enables a single view of the customer Champion best practices in system design, data governance, and process automation to ensure consistency and compliance Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, secure sign-off, and deliver solutions that align with business goals Lead cross-functional integrations using APIs and automation tools to streamline workflows and eliminate silos Drive data and analytics initiatives to support strategic planning, performance tracking, and data-driven decision-making Leverage AI and intelligent automation to improve internal operations and enhance the customer journey-working smarter, not harder Continuously evaluate and improve systems to ensure they reflect what good looks like in a modern, agile commercial environment Lead or support projects to implement new tools or improve existing systems Provide training, documentation, and support to ensure effective use of systems and data

Key Skills & Attributes

3+ years of experience in business applications management, business analysis, or data analytics, ideally within a SaaS or customer-facing environment Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions Solid understanding of sales, marketing, and customer success processes Deep understanding of B2B sales processes and frameworks like BANT Proven experience with CRM and BI tools; HubSpot, DealHub and PowerBI strongly preferred Hands-on experience with sales enablement and prospecting tools (e.g. Sales Nav, Apollo, 6sense) Knowledge and experience of API integrations, workflow automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Workato), and data platforms
