24,500 - 34,000 per year (equivalent to 11.78 - 16.35 per hour, depending on experience and performance)

The Role

We are seeking an

inspiring and motivated Business Trainer & Academy Manager

to join our team in Glasgow and London. This is a dual-role position, combining

teaching, mentoring, and management

responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Teaching & Training

Deliver engaging business classes online and in-person. Teach entrepreneurship, leadership, marketing, and finance. Adapt teaching approaches for different age groups (6-17 and 18+).

Operations & Management

Manage the day-to-day operations of the academy. Oversee enrolments, timetables, and course logistics. Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.

Networking & Promotion

Represent the academy at community, national, and international events. Contribute to promotional and outreach initiatives.

Person Specification

Essential

Experience in business training, teaching, or management. Strong knowledge of business principles and entrepreneurship. Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Proficiency in digital teaching tools (e.g. Zoom). Fluency in English (spoken and written).

Desirable

Additional language skills (Ukrainian, Russian, Lithuanian). Previous experience in curriculum development.
