The Business Engagement and Analysis Manager leads the strategic interface between technology and business operations across our portfolio of luxury hotels and residences. This senior role is responsible for ensuring that technology initiatives are closely aligned with business objectives whilst driving operational excellence and enhancing guest experiences. The role holder acts as the primary liaison between IT and business stakeholders, translating complex business requirements into actionable technology solutions and ensuring that all technology investments deliver measurable value to our luxury hospitality operations.

What you'll do
Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with senior business leaders across all operational areas including GCC, Strategy, Guest Experience, Food & Beverage, Sales & Marketing, and Hotel Operations
Work with Technology Strategists to develop technology business cases and long-term strategic roadmaps, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and luxury brand positioning
Lead comprehensive business analysis activities to identify, document, and validate technology requirements across all business functions, facilitate requirements gathering sessions, and conducting detailed process analysis to identify opportunities for technology-enabled improvements
Develop detailed functional specifications, user stories, and business process models that optimise both operational efficiency whilst considering luxury service standards and guest experience
Collaborate with Solutions Architects to design technology solutions that meet complex business requirements, overseeing prototypes and proof-of-concept solutions to validate business requirements
Coordinate user acceptance testing processes and work with Change Managers to develop comprehensive implementation plans that minimise operational disruption whilst maximising business value
Facilitate regular communication between business and technology teams through structured meetings and executive presentations
Manage stakeholder expectations regarding technology capabilities, timelines, and resource requirements, establishing feedback mechanisms to continuously improve business-technology collaboration
Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team, leading cross-functional initiatives and fostering a culture of analytical excellence and customer-centric thinking
Drive technology adoption across the business by demonstrating value, ensuring guest experience remains central to all technology decisions, and identifying opportunities that enhance competitive advantage and operational excellence
Ensure all technology solutions are designed with scalability to support future business growth across multiple properties
