Role Summary

Day Lewis Plc is looking for a strategic, data-driven individual with pharmacy operations expertise to drive process improvement, lead cross-functional projects, and influence change across multiple sites. This role blends operational excellence, clinical insight, and financial acumen to deliver transformative outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Operations

Drive business improvement through deep operational understanding. Support and influence stakeholders at all levels. Balance strategic vision with the ability to meet targets. Analyse and challenge data to solve problems logically. Team player who works to achieve company strategy and cross functional goals. Improve and innovate existing processes confidently. Understand E2E pharmacy dispensing and GPhC regulations. Experience of working in multi-site operations Ability to apply Six Sigma principles alongside project management skills. Experience of supporting new operational teams and driving business change. Motivate, influence, and develop themselves and teams

Finance & Data

Build compelling benefits cases for projects. Extract and present data to support decisions. Design future-fit reporting frameworks. Communicate insights clearly and concisely.

Clinical

Leverage pharmacy operational experience and regulatory knowledge. Develop SOPs and process flows across the business. Ensure robust clinical governance in change initiatives. Engage pharmacy teams with clear communication and planning.
