South Holland District Council are looking for a Business Systems Support Officer.

Supporting residents to maintain safe, secure, and comfortable home



Working closely with communities to understand their needs and improve neighbourhoods



Helping plan repairs and improvements that make a real difference



Listening to tenants' voices and making sure they're heard



Driving positive change through projects, partnerships, and innovation



Whether you're out on estates, solving problems, or helping shape future housing strategies, your work will have a lasting impact. You will play a crucial role in various technical projects and administrative tasks. This role offers exposure to a variety of tasks, such as handling Freedom of Information (FOI) requests, performing year-end processes, and compiling essential statistical data. You will have the drive and commitment to help with the continued transformation of our successful Housing Service, providing performance monitoring, system maintenance and training, and administration support.

What we are looking for:



Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages and previous experience of office administration Proven track record of making decisions and taking responsibility for actions Strong analytical skills for producing reports Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with diverse audiences

Previous working experience of software administration would be beneficial (Particularly NEC Housing) but training can be provided.
