Coco & Nut Coffee is expanding! We're looking for a Full-Time Barrista to lead our brand-new, high-traffic cafe located in the iconic Allders Parade, Croydon.

This role is ideal for someone with solid barista experience and a natural ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments. You'll be responsible for day-to-day operations, leading the team, and maintaining the warm, energetic atmosphere Coco & Nut is known for.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily cafe operations and ensure smooth service Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer experience Maintain quality control of food and beverages Handle stock control, cash management, and rota planning Ensure hygiene and safety standards are met at all times
Must-Haves:

Minimum 2 year of barista experience Proven experience in a busy cafe or coffee shop environment Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to stay calm and organised under pressure Leadership skills with a hands-on approach

Hours: Full-time (including weekends)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.21-13.67 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 55 per week
