Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the workspace, adhering to food safety standards. Assist with food preparation, ensuring that all items are fresh and presented attractively. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, demonstrating basic maths skills. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers and helping them with their selections. Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods. Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive work environment.

Requirements

Previous experience in a cafe or food service environment is essential. Strong understanding of food safety practices is required. Basic maths skills for handling transactions and managing inventory. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. A willingness to help others and work as part of a team is essential. A passion for coffee and beverage preparation is highly desirable.
