About the role
We are looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join our team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food production, have a good work ethic and a keen interest in butchery.
You'll support our skilled butchers in preparing high-quality meat products, maintaining hygiene standards, and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in cutting, trimming, and packaging meat products Maintain cleanliness of workstations and equipment Stock and rotate products in display counters Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to customers Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations
Requirements
Previous experience in food handling/preparation essential Good knowledge of meat cuts and preparation techniques Strong attention to detail and cleanliness Good communication and teamwork skills Willingness to learn and take direction
