Responsibilities:
- Use knives or other cutting tools to prepare ingredients for food production
- Follow food safety guidelines and ensure proper handling and storage of ingredients
- Measure and weigh ingredients accurately according to recipes or portion sizes
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Collaborate with other staff to ensure efficient and timely food preparation
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food preparation or production is preferred however training can be given for the right person.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills

Hours - Full time 39 hours
Monday 6.30am - 1.30pm
Tues - Friday 6.00am - 2.00pm
