We are looking for experienced butchers to assist us in the daily running of our shop situated in Belfast.
Ideally looking for applicants who specialise and have a passion for customer service, this will be the focus of the role, including advising customers on products, keeping display counters tidy and well stocked, keeping the shop in a high standard of hygiene and also assisting our current butchers in their daily tasks including the breakdown and trim of full carcass animals. A separate role is available for candidates who specialise in sausage making and bacon production.
Successful applicants will be required to work Saturdays and seasonal overtime will be available. The regular working week is for 45 hours Monday to Saturday 8:00am to 6pm. Part time hours will be within this.
Wages offered depend upon skills and experience.
Excellent English is essential as is punctuality and excellent personal appearance.
