```Duties:```
- Prepare and cut meat products according to customer specifications and preferences
- Ensure proper storage and handling of meat products to maintain freshness and quality
- Operate and maintain butchering equipment and tools
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and safe work environment
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and offering recommendations
```Requirements:```
- Previous experience as a butcher or in a similar role preferred
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food preparation, and food production
- Familiarity with different cuts of meat and their uses
- Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
