Butcher with a Creative Edge

to join our award-winning farm shop and butchery team. This is your chance to be part of something truly special -- working with grass-fed, native-breed beef and lamb, outdoor-reared pork, and seasonal game, all raised right here on the farm or sourced with care.

What We're Looking For:

Butchery experience (retail or wholesale) Strong knife skills and an eye for detail Experience or interest in developing value-added products (stuffed joints, flavoured sausages, marinades, ready meals, etc.) Creative flair and a passion for food trends and customer satisfaction A team player who takes pride in presentation, hygiene, and provenance
What You'll Do:

Break down and prepare carcasses and primal cuts Work on developing and preparing value-added products Assist with counter presentation, stock rotation and customer service Collaborate with our kitchen and sales team to drive product innovation Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene and traceability
