Responsibilities

Prepare and cut various types of meat according to customer specifications. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment. Assist customers with their selections, providing knowledge about different cuts and cooking methods. Collaborate with team members to manage inventory and ensure product availability. Develop new recipes and innovative products that align with customer preferences. Monitor equipment for proper functioning and report any issues promptly.

Requirements

Proven experience as a butcher or in a similar role within the food industry. Strong knowledge of food safety standards and practices. Excellent knife skills and attention to detail in meat preparation. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards. Good communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.
