Job Description
As a family run business in operation for nearly 100 years we have developed into one of the North of Scotland's leading Meat Wholesalers and we are proud to deliver to a wide range of customers from Independent Retail Butchers to Schools and care homes.
We are currently seeking a skilled butcher to work in our cutting plant. You will be responsible for de-boning Beef and Pig carcasses and trimming Beef primal cuts to agreed quality specifications ensuring all quality & safety measures are met.
No weekend work, earlier finish on a Friday and overtime at 1 1/2 times the standard rate (over 39 hours a week )
The ideal candidate will possess butchery, practical & manual handling skills and have a basic food Safety awareness. If you are a Skilled Butcher, we will require you to undertake a block test during your interview to assess your skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 31,000.00-33,000.00 per year

Monday to Friday
