We are asking for a qualified butcher that is willing to take on the role of managing this aspect of our business.
You will be responsible for:
Sales
Profit & Loss
Stock control
Controlling and managing costs
Leading a team of talented butchers and butchery assistants
Working alongside our delivery drivers to manage a successful production schedule
Working alongside store management to come up with new ideas to increase sales, profitability margins and special offers
Working alongside our marketing team to design promotional content for each promotion period
Working with suppliers in order to ensure the best quality produce is being served to our customers
Ensuring our counters remain well merchandised and appealing to our customers
Record keeping
Implementing and maintaining a safe working environment in keeping with food safety and hygiene regulations
Providing excellent customer service
Ensuring correct preparation and production of products
Inspect equipment regularly to ensure it is in good and safe working order

Candidates will be contracted to 42.5 hours per week. Salary is negotiable depending on experience and capabilities.
