Butcher/shop Assistant
Job Description
Ideal Candidate will have
??The ability to drive sales, introduce new ideas and work on their own initiative
??A passion for food and meat products with a high level of presentation
??Experience of a retail BUTCHERY
environment
??Good communication skills
??Experience of working in a busy team environment
??Excellent customer service skills
??Good Knowledge of HACCP
??Available to work Saturdays
??Driving licence would be beneficial but not necessary
This is a full time position, Monday to Saturday with day off mid week. Fuel allowance, Transport or use of van provided. An opportunity to work in a modern, award winning retail butchery business and a good salary for the right candidate.
