Are you hands-on, reliable, and ready to learn a skilled trade? We're looking for a proactive Butchery Assistant to support our butchery team in delivering top-quality service and fresh, locally sourced products to our customers.
What You'll Be Doing:
Assisting butchers with preparation, packing, and display of meat products
Maintaining high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety
Serving customers with a friendly, helpful attitude
Supporting stock rotation, traceability logs, and daily compliance checks
Learning knife skills, cuts, and product knowledge from experienced butchers
