to join our team and support the efficient sourcing and management of materials, subcontractors, and suppliers.

The Role

Reporting to the Procurement Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring procurement processes are delivered on time, cost-effectively, and to the highest standard. You'll work closely with project teams, suppliers, and contractors to ensure materials and services meet project requirements and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor services for civil construction projects. Prepare purchase orders, supplier agreements, and tender documentation. Support tender evaluations, negotiations, and contract administration. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors. Monitor supplier performance to ensure quality, timely delivery, and cost-effectiveness. Maintain procurement records, reports, and databases for compliance and auditing purposes. Assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities and process improvements. Collaborate with project managers and site teams to forecast procurement needs.

About You

Experience in procurement, preferably within the civil construction or infrastructure sector. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Relevant qualification in procurement, supply chain management, construction management, or related field (desirable).
