As our

Admin Assistant

, you'd be providing essential support to the product team via a wide variety of tasks, including:

Raising purchase orders promptly and accurately, following the order process from authorisation to delivery, communicating any issues to the Buyer. Managing commitment intake and shipment logistics with suppliers. Setting up new products on all systems accurately. Arranging product testing, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislations. Requesting BOM information, producing technical documents and carrying out product risk assessments. Carrying out QC checks on stock Keeping product files accurate and updated ahead of new launches, communicating details to the wider teams. Managing receipt of samples into the business and approval process with the Buyer, providing feedback to suppliers and keeping our sample library stocked and organised. Preparing samples for external meetings, sample sales, trade shows, press days and photoshoots.

Pay: From 22,222.20 per year
