About You:

As a Buyers Admin Assistant at Character.com, you'll provide essential administrative and operational support to the Buying team. You will be responsible for maintaining product data, managing approvals, and ensuring the smooth flow of information between internal teams, suppliers, and licensors -- helping to bring licensed ranges to life from concept to launch.

Key Responsibilities



Upload and maintain accurate product information on internal systems, including pricing, codes, colourways, and imagery.

Track and chase approvals, sample submissions, and supplier confirmations, updating trackers and timelines accordingly.

Manage sample organisation for signoffs, photo shoots, and trade reviews, ensuring products are clearly labelled and presented.

Assist with the preparation of range reviews, line sheets, and product performance reports.

Communicate clearly with suppliers on order details, delivery ETAs, and data requirements -- ensuring Buying and Merchandising have up-to-date info.

Support in organising team meetings, licensor visits,ensuring agendas, samples, and decks are ready.

Raise purchase orders and follow up on confirmations, working with the Buyer to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

Experience, Skills & Attributes



Previous administrative or product-related experience (retail, e-commerce, or office environment preferred)

Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and confident using systems/databases

Enthusiastic, collaborative, and keen to learn -- with a positive, solution-focused attitude

Passion for product and interest in the licensing/retail industry

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 22,950.00 per year
