We currently have an exciting opportunity for a
Buying Administrator
to join our team based in York. You will play a crucial role in assisting our team of buyers who work to bring in new, amazing Monster products. You will ensure our product information is accurate and up-to-date, support our supply chain, and liaise with suppliers.
Your Role:
Design packaging artwork and rating labels using Adobe Illustrator.
Produce spare parts labels and manuals using Adobe InDesign.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of artwork and samples.
Track sample arrivals and arrange marketing shipments.
Input sales forecasts and update product pricing.
Conduct compliance checks and manage Design Right Registrations.
Handle new product inspections and create necessary documentation.
Coordination of content for product instruction manuals.
Create and manage product codes (SKUs) and bundled product codes (KIT SKUs).
Skills We Love:
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Illustrator is desirable but not essential. Full training can be provided.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
Team player with the ability to work independently.

Working Hours:
Full time, Monday to Friday 8.00am to 4.30pm (37.5hrs per week with 1 hour for lunch).You will be based at our modern offices near Sheriff Hutton (YO60) therefore it is essential that you have your own transport.
