We are looking for a Buying Assistant based at our Head Office in Darwen.


This is a part-time position, 30 hours per week: we are ideally looking for someone to work over 5 days and are open to discussing a working pattern that suits you.

As the Buying Assistant, you support the Buying Team in delivering second-to-none customer service to our internal and external partners.


Key Responsibilities:




Assist the Buying Team with implementing our product ranges, services, and pricing Manage and refresh spreadsheets that capture the details of our commercial terms, and investment projects. Stay organised and keep the team aware of upcoming deadlines and changes Input account number updates for new practices with our supply partners to ensure accurate and efficient transactions Manage our dedicated department inboxes and support our customers by answering the queries that come in Support the buying team to be effective and efficient in their day-to-day queries and tasks Active participation in diverse project initiatives

You will be highly organised and passionate about delivering exceptional service with a sharp eye for accuracy. With our training on systems, products, and ways of working, you will embrace the opportunity to hone your exceptional attention to detail and inquisitive nature, driving service efficiency and fostering continuous improvements.
