: 8.30am to 4pm which includes half an hour for lunch (specific days to be agreed)

: 25,000 per annum (pro rata)

: 1 Duddingston Yards, Edinburgh EH15 3NT (Please note this is not a hybrid position; you will be required to work in our office.)

We are seeking an organised and detail-driven

Buying & Product Listings Assistant

to join our busy Buying Team within an established jewellery supplies company. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support, ensure smooth daily operations, and assist in writing accurate product listings across all sales platforms.

This is an ideal role for a graduate keen to start a career in ecommerce within the creative sector.

What You'll Do:



Assist the buying team with all administrative tasks such as managing supplier returns, replacements, credits, and queries; maintaining Etsy shop listings; and tracking discontinued or out-of-stock items.

Assist in writing accurate and compelling product descriptions for a wide range of jewellery-making supplies, following our brand guidelines, working alongside our copywriter.

What We're Looking For:



A highly organised individual with the ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities.

Excellent written English, including editing and proofreading skills.

Good numeracy skills.

Knowledge of jewellery making, silversmithing, and gemmology is highly desirable.

A motivated individual who is comfortable using their initiative and problem-solving skills.
