The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated EV Sales Executive to join our team. This role is essential in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service within our dealership. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for automobiles, and the ability to build lasting relationships with customers. As a Car Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through their purchasing journey while ensuring they receive the best possible experience.
Duties
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences in selecting vehicles.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain vehicle features and benefits effectively.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact through to closing the sale.
- Upsell additional products and services that enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain an organised database of customer interactions and follow-ups using dealership software.
- Collaborate with the sales management team to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when responding to inquiries from potential customers.
- Assist in maintaining the showroom's appearance and ensuring all vehicles are presented well.
- Stay informed about industry trends, new models, and competitor offerings.
Experience
- Previous experience in sales, preferably within the automotive industry, is advantageous.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using sales software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- A proven track record of upselling products or services effectively.
- Ability to work well within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
