We pride ourselves on our ability to design, create and install prestigious kitchens and bespoke cabinetry throughout the home. Our application of traditional woodworking techniques and the use of high-quality materials has earnt us an enviable reputation and with our in-house manufacturing team, we deliver around 60 bespoke installations a year.

Due to continued growth, we're now looking for an experienced Cabinet Maker to support our workshop team, ensuring every project runs seamlessly and is delivered on time.

Overview



We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cabinet Maker to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting high-quality cabinetry and furniture, ensuring precision and craftsmanship in every project. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about carpentry and joinery to develop their skills within a professional environment.

Responsibilities



Building bespoke cabinets and interior fitted furniture by studying cad drawings and specifications to a high standard.

Setting up and operating equipment including power saws, planers, sanders, lathes, jointers, and routers.

Measuring and marking materials; trimming parts using hand tools, including planes, chisels, wood files, and sanders.

Verifying dimensions; assembling and finishing components.

Working through each stage of kitchen/furniture manufacture from beginning to end.

Experience



Proven experience, knowledge and genuine passion for bespoke cabinetry. Able to work from production drawings. A good understanding of cabinet components and measurements, and the ability to work out component sizes where necessary. Skilled in the use of wood working machines & proficient with power tools. Strong knowledge of joinery techniques and woodworking principles. Able to work to agreed deadlines to a high standard. Able to work on initiative as well as part of a team. Good Communication skills. Maintains quality production results by following organisation standards. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects within a supportive team environment. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From 13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
