skilled and experienced Cabinet Shop Manager

The Role

As Cabinet Shop Manager, you will:

Lead and supervise daily operations of the cabinet manufacturing workshop. Manage a team of cabinet makers, joiners, and apprentices to ensure projects are delivered on time and to quality standards. Oversee production schedules, workflow, and resource allocation. Implement and maintain high standards of health, safety, and quality control. Liaise with project managers and installation teams to ensure smooth project delivery. Train, mentor, and develop staff to achieve high performance.

About You

We are looking for a candidate who has:

Proven experience as a

Cabinet Shop Manager / Foreman / Workshop Supervisor

(minimum 5 years preferred). Strong knowledge of cabinetry, joinery, and furniture manufacturing. Ability to read technical drawings and manage complex production. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. A proactive, hands-on approach with a focus on quality and efficiency. Willingness to

relocate to Perth, Western Australia
