The Role

As a full time CAD/BIM Technician, youll play a key role in supporting our projects by producing

and maintaining accurate drawings and technical details. Youll start by working with CAD to

prepare scaffold layouts, brickwork details, and manufacturing drawings, while also:

Managing and updating drawings and revisions. Maintaining drawing registers to ensure accurate information flow. Coordinating with clients and distributing updates to site teams. Making drawings trade-specific for project and subcontractor use. Helping lead the transition into BIM for smarter, integrated project delivery.

What Were Looking For

A degree (or equivalent) in Architectural Technology, Civil Engineering, Construction, or a

related discipline.

Strong CAD skills (AutoCAD or similar). Interest in developing BIM skills (Revit/Navisworks an advantage but not essential). Passion and perseverance to manage detail and deliver accuracy. Excellent organisational skills for managing drawings, revisions, and registers. A collaborative mindset with strong communication skills.
