Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced CAD Draughtsperson to join our design team, working on a range of high-end bespoke joinery projects including doors, windows, cabinetry, and staircases.
You'll take projects from commercial handover through to production, producing accurate and detailed CAD drawings that meet our design standards and support efficient manufacturing. This role involves close collaboration with clients, architects, interior designers, and our internal project teams.

What you'll do:

Produce accurate 2D (and/or 3D) working drawings for bespoke joinery. Attend project handovers and meetings to ensure smooth delivery. Liaise with procurement on specialist materials and finishes. Provide technical support to production during manufacture.

What we're looking for:

5+ years' CAD design experience in bespoke joinery. Strong technical knowledge of joinery construction, materials, and finishes. Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D (SolidWorks or similar 3D a plus). Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to work independently.
