CAD Technician

Location: Office based
Hours Of Work: 40 Hours per week, Monday to Friday
Salary: Competitive + Bonus Scheme

WB Timber Innovations, part of the Keystone & Wyckham Blackwell Group of Companies, is seeking a CAD Technician with a minimum 2 years experience in Building/Construction to join the team based at their Manufacturing & Design facility.

Training would be provided in our specialised Timber Frame Software.
A background within the offsite manufacturing industry would be advantageous. You will be an integral part of a successful team delivering bespoke off-site build project to a growing market.

Role responsibility

Your responsibilities will include:

Interpret customer requirement and estimator quotations to provide efficient and professional designs, ensuring targets are achieved and contractual obligations are fulfilled. Liaise with customers and provide a knowledgeable service. Liaise with colleagues to ensure designs take in consideration costs, targets, and manufacturing capacity & capability. Liaise with site teams and installers to ensure a successful build.
