Job Description
Role
Populate Revit GA's & individual room layouts to a high standard
Produce detailed designs & drawings from design intent layouts
Understanding of ADS & CEM processes
Produce BIM & Revit layouts
Understanding of COBie integration
Attend client engagement meetings
Liaise with clients on pre-construction projects
Develop our range of existing families and blocks
Skills
Good client engagement
Great Attention to detail
Work to tight deadlines
Able to work on own initiative
Good decision making & communication skills
Understanding of BIM & Revit
Package
Salary, subject to experience
8.00am to 4.30pm Monday - Thursday, Friday 8.00am to 2.30pm
45min lunch break
22 days holiday
