Job Summary

Produce high-quality production and procurement information to support the efficient construction of Residential Park and Leisure Homes. Responsible for analysing bespoke customer designs to ensure buildability, compliance, and alignment with specifications. Maintain consistent output quality in line with company standards, while promoting cost-effective and practical design solutions. Provide consistent and timely delivery of essential data to all stakeholders, contributing to the department's commitment to operational and technical excellence.

Accountabilities

Review and validate customer bespoke designs for feasibility and regulatory compliance. Collaborate with the sales team to address technical and practical concerns. Advocate for cost-efficient design solutions that benefit both customers and production. Ensure adherence to relevant BS & EN Standards. Communicate design and component requirements with internal production and procurement teams. Coordinate with external suppliers to align on design specifications and components. Uphold and promote company health and safety policies. Support the development and refinement of departmental processes and procedures. Act as a subject matter expert for specific product design criteria. Proactively collaborate with our experienced to align on build methods. Contribute to control and process systems to enhance operational efficiency. Provide feedback to Product Portfolio Management to optimise standard plans for production. Ensure all work reflects the department's commitment to excellence.
