Tony Gee and Partners is looking for a CAD Technician to join the team in St Albans.

We require a skilled and experienced technician to produce high quality engineering models and drawings; the focus is on the technical engineering droughting ability as opposed to BIM software ability

Essential Experience

Experience gained with typically 4 or more years in the industry Ability to produce accurate and appropriate engineering drawings and models in an efficient and effective manner Competence in AutoCAD and Microstation Technical draughting competence is essential, as is the ability to interpret engineering drawings and sketches prepared by the engineers and translate these into accurate, appropriate engineering drawings and models in an efficient and effective manner Minimum HNC or equivalent in a relevant technical subject

Desirable

Use of any of the following Open Buildings Designer, Revit or Civil 3D ProjectWise or other Common Data Environments EngTech or professional recognition with another institution. Railway / Highways Experience
