Caddie Supervisor

to join our amazing team

. We have permanent Full Time and Part Time roles available, something to suit everyone!

In short, what will I be doing?

Supervising and supporting our team of caddies. Overseeing and assisting with opening and closing procedures. Giving our Guests the best experience on the Crazy Golf Course, ensuring we go above and beyond for their needs and supervising your team to ensure consistency. Assisting with the on-going training, coaching and leading of team members to ensure service and quality standards are consistently met. Supporting your Manager with weekly and monthly duties, including maintaining venue standards, stock levels etc.

So, what are we looking for?

A fun, infectious and outgoing individual with a genuine passion for serving guests, alongside outstanding attention to detail. Someone who has a minimum of one years' experience in a supervisory role within a high volume hospitality environment. A brilliant multitasker who has experience of working within a fast- paced environment. Someone with a positive attitude, who loves hospitality as much as we do and has amazing communication skills is essential!
