Job Description

Overview:
We are looking to employ a reliable and enthusiastic Cafe Assistant to join our team. The normal hours will be three days a week (Weekdays) with potential for extra shifts during the weekend.

Your primary responsibilities will include sandwich, fresh salads preparation and some simple cake baking, you will also play a crucial role of maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen.

Duties:
-Work alongside the head chef, preparing sandwiches, basic cake baking, salads and specials of the day.
- Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils
- Maintain a clean kitchen.
-Help front of house with making and serving coffees and drinks
- Assist with other duties as assigned

Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food safety practices is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
