We are a fast paced, small town, social cafe who has many locals that enjoy our delicious freshly made food..

We are currently looking for a

flexible

and

hardworking

individual to join our team at Crumbs Pencoed. We are looking for a person who is friendly, punctual and hardworking. Your primary role is to provide excellent customer service, prepare and serve food and beverages, and maintain a clean and inviting environment for customers. It is important that you possess excellent communication skills and have you own vehicle.

Customer Service:

Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
Take orders from customers, both in person and over the phone.
Assist customers in choosing menu items and answering their questions.

Food and Beverage Preparation:

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages.
Prepare and serve food items, including sandwiches and salads.
Follow company recipes and guidelines to ensure consistent quality and presentation of food and drinks.
Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register accurately.

Working hours

: will vary from 16 hour plus (including Saturdays)

Salary

: COMPETITIVE SALARY - will be an hourly rate plus 1.50-2.50 per delivery, plus annual bonus/tips

Primary job

will be serving customers.

Secondary job

will be delivering food for Crumbs.

It is essential to have your own clean vehicle and a valid UK drivers licence

Duties:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately
- Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverages
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the cafe
- Assist with stocking and organizing inventory
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations

Skills:
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
- Ability to follow recipes and food safety guidelines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail for accurate order preparation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
