Summary

We are seeking a Cafe All Rounder to join our team at Tea Traders Tea Shop in Carmarthen. In this role, you will play a vital part in the smooth running of the business. Preparing meals and assisting with food preparation and beverage service as well as preparing drinks and serving customers. Your contributions will help create a warm and inviting environment for our customers.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve light meals, snacks, and homemade cakes in accordance with our quality standards. Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks, specialist teas and barista coffees in accordance with our quality standards. Assist customers with their orders and provide knowledgeable recommendations about our products. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe area to ensure a pleasant dining experience. Adhere to food safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and enhance customer satisfaction. Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and service skills.

Requirements

Previous catering experience in a cafe or hospitality setting is essential. Strong food preparation skills with an understanding of food safety practices. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers. A passion for tea, coffee, and providing great service is essential. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: 12.50-14.00 per hour
