This position (Cafe Assistant) acts as a central point for members meeting in the Cafe. When we say Cafe, we're not expecting you to be 'Jamie Oliver' but we are looking for someone who can find their way around a kitchen and be polite and friendly with our members!
What does the role involve?
We're hiring someone to work 24 hours part-time available with flexibility to work week days and weekend days as weekend work is a must To prepare well-presented food for our members Provide excellent customer service to our members To ensure that daily, weekly and monthly cleaning is completed in line with company standards, assisting with other areas as directed by the Management team To clear and tidy eating surfaces, ensuring that a high standard of cleanliness is maintained
What are we looking for?
The ideal candidate we are looking for to join our team is:
Some food preparation experience is preferred but not essential Fun and friendly person Excellent communication skills Customer focused Ability to deal with members in a polite and professional manner Ability to cope under pressure
