We are a premium chocolate cafe dedicated to offering our customers an unforgettable experience through our exquisite range of chocolates, hot & cold beverages, savouries and desserts.

We are looking for an experienced Cafe Assistant who has barista training and is able to make incredible coffee and ideally can do latte art.

The role involves assisting with opening shifts,food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring customer satisfaction. As a key part of our team you will be involved in all aspects of our operation.

*Responsibilities:-

- Oversee daily operations of the cafe, ensuring smooth and efficient service with attention to detail and positive attitude.

- Setting up and tearing down the cafe on a daily basis. This includes opening, closing, and cleaning.

- Help with stock rotation and replenishment.

- Assist the store manager in overseeing daily operations of the retail store.

- Ensure the cafe is clean, well-maintained, and complies with health and safety regulations.

- Maintain high standards of customer service with a friendly and helpful attitude, addressing customer inquiries and concerns effectively.

*Qualifications:-

- Making barista coffee - barista coffee skills essential

- Proficient in food preparation techniques and practices

- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures

- Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and other relevant software

- Excellent customer service and communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced busy environment and handle challenging situations with grace

- Flexibility to work mornings,evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

- Knowledge of desserts,bartending techniques and beverage service is advantageous
